About Talkdesk

Talkdesk® is leading a new era in customer experience with Customer Experience Automation (CXA)—a new category and platform designed to automate the full complexity of modern customer journeys. CXA replaces fragmented, human-coordinated workflows with autonomous, multi-agent AI orchestration that scales across service, sales, and support.

At the core of CXA is the Talkdesk Data Cloud, which unifies structured and unstructured data—from CRMs, tickets, transcripts, and notes—into real-time, contextual knowledge. This enables AI agents to act with precision, resolve complex issues, and improve over time. CXA supports both cross-industry workflows and vertical-specific use cases in healthcare, financial services, retail, utilities, travel, and government. With a modular design, prebuilt agents, and a continuous automation cycle—Discover, Build, Orchestrate, Measure—Talkdesk delivers rapid time-to-value and long-term impact. Enterprises can modernize operations, reduce cost-to-serve, and drive sustainable growth—without needing a full rip-and-replace. Trusted by global brands, Talkdesk is transforming how the world delivers customer experience.
