About Bunch

bunch is the leading operating infrastructure for the next generation of European private markets. By combining specialist expertise, proprietary software, and AI-native infrastructure, bunch provides one integrated and regulated platform across the full fund lifecycle — not patched together, but designed from the ground up for what modern private markets actually require.

Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Berlin with offices in London, Amsterdam, and Luxembourg, bunch enables fund managers and institutional investors to manage every step of the fund lifecycle — from digital investor onboarding and capital calls to fund administration, accounting, and tax reporting. Today, bunch manages over 500 investment structures for more than 150 asset managers and 12,000+ LPs across all major European jurisdictions. Having 4x'd ARR in 2025 and raised over $58M to date — including the close of its Series B in May 2026 — bunch is building the infrastructure for European private markets heading toward $32 trillion in AUM.
