About Pika

An idea-to-video platform that brings your creativity to motion. We believe the next breakthrough in AI won't be building better models; it will be building future of creativity and creative work. That means giving giving storytellers, artists, and creators more agency over what they create, and expanding the definition of creation itself through generative media.

We’re expanding our team in Palo Alto, CA, and looking for creative technologists who bridge the gap between heavy engineering and artistic expression. Who we're looking to bring on: Product Engineers (Priority) Full‑stack and backend‑leaning builders who can own creator-facing features end‑to‑end—shipping fast, making crisp product decisions, and sweating latency, polish, and reliability. Also hiring across these roles: Senior & Staff Engineers (RecSys, Infra, Distributed Systems, ML): Architects focused on ultra‑low‑latency inference pipelines and scalable systems that power real‑time gen media creation. Head of Sales & GTM Leadership: Commercial leaders who can partner with creative platforms, agencies, and enterprise studios to bring generative tools into production workflows. Creative Technologists, Product & Research Talent: Builders, researchers, and design‑engineers who treat code as a creative medium and care deeply about latency, style, and craft. If you’re building in generative media, multimodal AI, real‑time inference, or creator software—and especially if you identify as both a builder and a creator—we’d love to talk!
