About Blazetalent.com

Blaze Talent is a boutique recruiting firm that partners with pre-seed to late-stage startups to scale their teams with top talent through embedded recruiting, contingent search, and retained search. 💼 Embedded Recruiting

We embed experienced recruiters directly into your team to accelerate hiring and provide strategic support. Fully integrated into your workflows, systems, and culture—we act as an extension of your team to consistently deliver high-quality results while providing cost savings compared to contingent or exec search fees. 🔍 Contingent Search We provide turnkey contingent search solutions for technical roles in software engineering, hardware, and AI. We integrate as a part of your team, sharing vetted candidates in Slack and making warm introductions over email for a seamless, real-time experience with a fast turn around time from kick off to the first candidate introduction. 🎯 Retained Search For high level IC and leadership searches, we run a structured, high-touch process. From AI-powered role intake and interview planning, to tailored sourcing with highly personalized outreach, we guide you from first brief to final hire with speed, precision, and professionalism. — Blaze Talent was founded in 2022 by Will Blaze, who led technical recruiting at Peloton for 6 years—hiring 1,500+ employees globally from Series C through the IPO. Will also led 3 sourcing teams at Meta, focused on senior AI/ML engineers across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Reality Labs. Earlier in his career, he supported companies like Tesla, SpaceX, Fanatics, and CAA as a recruiter in the staffing world. We’ve placed top talent in Software Engineering, AI/ML, Hardware, Product, Design, Enterprise Systems, Marketing, and People—from mid-level roles to the executive suite.
