Software Developer, Salesforce

Job Duties

Optimize, configure, enhance and maintain Salesforce, improving functionality and user experience. Identify opportunities for improvement within Salesforce, recommend best practices, and implement scalable solutions. Lead the design of user interfaces and experiences to streamline processes and drive adoption across various departments. Configure objects, fields, record types, workflows, process builders, and validation rules. Ensure data integrity and cleanliness. Provide training and create user-friendly documentation for team members to ensure high adoption of Salesforce processes and features. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to help teams make informed decisions.

Required education

Master of Science in Computer Science.

Required experience

12 months as Salesforce Developer, Software Developer, or related.

Additional minimum requirements

12 months of work experience in each of the following:

• Apex; Lightning Web Components (LWC);
• Visualforce; custom UI development;
• Salesforce DX; GitHub; Change Sets;
• Jitterbit; Data Loader; Informatica;
• Salesforce Experience Cloud; portal management; Conga Document Generation; Salesforce Document Automation.

40 hours/week.
