JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support through calls, chat & email
• Troubleshoot basic computer, software, browser & internet issues
• Assist users with video files, uploads, downloads & digital evidence Provide remote technical assistance * Document issues & troubleshooting steps
• Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant team
• Freshers are welcome! Prior IT Support experience is NOT mandatory.

Requirements

✅ Basic computer knowledge

✅ MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint knowledge

✅ Good communication & problem-solving skills

✅ English & Hindi mandatory

✅ Basic knowledge of internet, email, file management & troubleshooting

✅ Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
