What’s the role?

The role of Senior Data Analyst is to provide data analytics and driven insights that help Change teams identify impacts, monitor readiness, manage risk and support adoption outcomes across UNITE and broader transformation initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass change insights and reporting, readiness and impact assessments, stakeholder and change support as well as continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include

  • Analyse change, readiness and customer data to identify trends, impacts, risks and opportunities
  • Produce reporting and insights that support informed change decisions and prioritisation
  • Support change managers in assessing change impacts readiness and adoption outcomes
  • Translate data into actionable insights that inform stakeholder engagement and intervention strategies
  • Ensure reporting is accurate, governed and aligned to agreed metrics and standards
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of change analytics, automation and AI- Enabled reporting solutions

What do I need?

To be successful in this position you should have experience in data analysis, insight generation and be proficient in data quality and governance. As well as this you will also be well versed in communication and telling a story through the data and have exceptional stakeholder engagement experience. A continuous improvement mindset combined with strong attention to detail will set you up for success in this position.
