Job Description

Engineer Lead Required Skillsets – Enterprise-scale GenAI architecture, implementation, and operationalization focused on production-ready AI use cases and systems Deployment lifecycle expertise for Agent Runtimes including on AgentCore, ECS, EKS Deep knowledge of AgentCore primitives: Gateway Identity Memory Observability Evaluations Good understanding of Agent scopes (OBO - on behalf of/ autonomous), Agent identity, authentication and authorization Experience in tuning and optimizing multi-agent orchestrations Expertise in automated deployment pipelines, A/B deployments, and monitoring and observability IaC skills IAM/CDK and/or

Terraform Core services

Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, ECS, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB Observability - OpenTelemetry standards, distributed tracing

Agent Development & Frameworks Proficient in Agent SDKs

Strands, Langchain, Langraph Experience with Agentic and tool protocols: MCP, A2A Governance & Compliance Oauth2, Auth0, Cedar policy language RBAC/ABAC Design Implementation experience with Bedrock Guardrails and AgentCore policy enforcement Knowledge of Responsible AI capabilities Experience with Agent and Model Evaluations and Ground-truth testing
