Accesa is building a dedicated STACKIT cloud delivery team, and we are looking for engineers who want to be part of this initiative from the start.
You will bring your existing cloud and DevOps experience and develop expertise in STACKIT through a planned onboarding and learning phase using STACKIT University, expected to take approximately 6–8 weeks. You will learn alongside an architect and experienced DevOps colleagues, then apply that knowledge to building reusable infrastructure solutions and preparing the team for customer delivery.
This is an opportunity to help shape a new cloud capability: contribute to technical decisions, establish engineering practices, and take solutions from initial exploration to implementation.
Previous STACKIT experience is welcome but not required. Engineers with AWS, Azure, GCP, or OpenStack experience and strong infrastructure fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Build STACKIT expertise
Develop STACKIT knowledge through STACKIT University and practical implementation work.
Manage cloud infrastructure
Design, provision, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform or OpenTofu.
Configure cloud networking
Manage IP addressing, routing, DNS, and firewall rules.
Implement secure access
Configure IAM, access controls, and secure configuration practices.
Operate containerized workloads
Deploy and manage containerized workloads on STACKIT Kubernetes Engine (SKE).
Administer cloud environments
Manage and troubleshoot Linux systems and cloud environments.
Automate deployments
Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Ensure operational visibility
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to support reliable operations.
Create reusable solutions
Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop reusable infrastructure modules, documentation, and operational practices.
Support customer delivery
Contribute to technical discovery and customer delivery as the STACKIT capability develops.
Must have
- Hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or a similar role.
- Practical experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenStack, or STACKIT.
- Strong Infrastructure as Code skills using Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Solid Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including CIDR notation, routing, DNS, and firewall rules.
- Practical experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
- Understanding of IAM and cloud security practices.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD tooling, and deployment automation.
- Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or a similar language.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and contribute to technical decisions.
- Good English communication skills.
- Motivation to learn STACKIT and help build a new delivery team.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience with STACKIT cloud services.
- Experience with cloud migrations or setting up new cloud environments.
- Experience creating reusable Terraform/OpenTofu modules.
- Familiarity with Helm, GitOps, Prometheus, and Grafana.
What Makes This Opportunity Different
You will join an initiative in its early stages, with a planned learning phase through STACKIT University and the opportunity to work alongside an architect and experienced engineers. Your contribution will help define how the team builds infrastructure, automates delivery, and supports future customer projects.

At Accesa you can
Enjoy our holistic benefits program that covers the four pillars that we believe come together to support our wellbeing, covering social, physical, emotional wellbeing, as well as work-life fusion.
- Physical Wellbeing: Our wellbeing program includes medical benefits, gym support, and personalized fitness options for an active lifestyle, complemented by team events and the Healthy Habits Club.
- Work-Life Fusion: In very dynamic industries such as IT, the line between our professional and personal lives can quickly become blurred. Having a one-size-fits-one approach gives us the flexibility to define the work-life dynamic that works for us.
- Emotional Wellbeing: We believe that to maintain our overall health, we need to invest in our mental wellbeing just as much as we do in our physical health, social connections or in achieving work-life balance.
- Social Wellbeing: As a growing community in a hybrid environment, we want to ensure we remain connected not just by the great work we do every day but through our passions and interests.
