We are seeking a skilled and experienced MCU Firmware Engineer to design, develop, and optimize embedded software for our next-generation products. In this role, you will work closely with hardware and software teams to bring microcontrollers to life and build robust, reliable embedded systems.

Requirements & Qualifications

Microcontroller Expertise

Strong development experience with MCUs from major vendors, including Renesas, Infineon, STMicroelectronics, NXP, or Nuvoton.

OS Experience

Proficient in FreeRTOS or any other Real-Time Operating System (RTOS) architecture.

Hardware Interfacing

Deep understanding and hands-on experience with MCU peripheral interfaces, including:

GPIO, ADC/DAC
Timers, Clock Systems, PWM, Watchdog and RTC
Interrupts and DMA
I2C, SPI, Serial/UART, CAN bus, USB
Low-Power modes

Software Updates

Proven track record of developing and implementing Firmware OTA upgrade mechanisms.

Preferred / Plus Skills

Experience with any of the following is highly desirable and will be considered a strong plus:

I ndustrial Protocols

Familiarity with Modbus or IPMI protocols.

Automotive Architecture

Experience with AUTOSAR architecture and MCAL (Microcontroller Abstraction Layer) development.

Functional Safety

Knowledge of safety standards such as IEC 61508 or ISO 26262.

Embedded Security

Experience implementing hardware security features, cryptography, or ARM TrustZone.
