Digital Log Assistant and Data Analyst

• Digitization of sepia/ transparent logs using Neuralog professional log digitizing software
• Scanning digitizing and storage of legacy paper logs
• Co-ordinate incoming correspondence/mails and outgoing documents from the Manager’s office
• Verification and QC of all scanned or digitized logs and documents before archiving or loading into Esearch database
• Professional archiving of logs, technical reports and documents for easy retrieval
• Maintain uniform bar-coding of logs, Reports and documents in line with Total Group document archiving specification.
• Carry out all his duties in a quality and safety-conscious manner

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Sciences and Computer science
• Good appreciation of English Language and effective report writing skills
• Computer proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• 5 years or more working experience on the job as Log digitizer and Archivist
