Mandatory Skills

• Seeking an experienced ISPW Administrator with 8+ years of mainframe experience supporting USA onsite/offshore India delivery models.
• Strong expertise in ISPW administration, configuration, component management, promotion paths, and lifecycle management.
• Deep knowledge of extracting ISPW components, metadata, relationships, versions, and dependencies for downstream processing.
• Experience developing or supporting processes to extract ISPW component information and generate structured JSON files as input to Git-based workflows.

Additional skills preferred(Not Mandatory)

• experience with Git/GitHub, DevOps practices, branching, repositories, code migration, and source-code management.
• Working knowledge of IBM Dependency Based Build (DBB) and integrating DBB with ISPW/Git-based mainframe development pipelines.
• Experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, deployments, and integration with mainframe DevOps toolchains.
• Good hands-on knowledge of IBM Developer for z/OS (IDz), Zowe, JCL, COBOL, and z/OS development environments.
• Experience integrating ISPW with UrbanCode Deploy (UCD) and implementing automated promotion/deployment workflows across environments.
• Understanding of ISPW-to-Git modernization, API/CLI automation, JSON-based metadata exchange, dependency management, troubleshooting, and enterprise DevOps integration.
