Role Overview

Help us optimize credit risk decisions to balance lending growth with portfolio quality. You'll build and deploy models that directly impact profitability and sustainability.

What We're Looking For

5+ years in credit risk, ideally unsecured lending
Hands-on experience with credit scorecards and bureau data
Advanced SQL and Python/R for modeling
Experience with decision engines or flows
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ownership mindset and attention to detail

What You'll Do

Build, implement, and monitor credit scorecards in live lending decisions
Analyze performance and recommend improvements to approval rates and bad debt
Implement scorecards into our decision engine and monitor performance
Collaborate with Data, AI, and Engineering teams
