What We're Looking For

• 12+ years in backend engineering, with proven strategy definition experience
• Expertise in building and scaling large, mission-critical distributed systems
• Deep knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Proven ability to influence technical direction without direct authority
• FinTech or high-growth startup experience is a strong plus
