Job Summary

This role is for a senior product designer to lead the creation of end-to-end customer experiences for a consumer finance platform. You will be responsible for defining the product vision and mentoring junior designers. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to build impactful financial tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape the overall user experience for banking and money management products.
• Lead design strategy and set high standards for design quality.
• Mentor and guide other designers within the team.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research partners.
• Drive innovative and scalable design solutions for financial empowerment.

Must-Have Skills

• Demonstrated success in designing consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design.
• Ability to lead and influence design direction across teams.

Industry Experience

• Experience in the fintech or banking industry is strongly preferred, particularly with consumer-facing financial wellness products and mobile app development.
