Azure DevOps Specialist

For one of the international institutions in Strasbourg, we are currently looking for an Azure DevOps Specialist with +3 years of DevOps experience to join our fast-growing team.

EU candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates need to be willing to relocate to relocate to Strasbourg.

A work permit is not provided. This role is open for employees and contractors. Candidates need to be fluent in English.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Develop tools and infrastructures in order to support Build & Deployment activities;
• Manage, support and improve Build and Deployment pipelines;
• Effectively implement a DevOps strategy and associated processes.
• Write, test, and maintain infrastructure code using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Manage and version control infrastructure configurations.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and scaling.

Profile

• +4 years of relevant education (master degree or equivalent), after the secondary school.
• +6 years of IT professional experience;
• +3 years of relevant professional experience in a DevOps role, involved in maintaining DevOps tools & platform;
• Hands-on experience supporting application build and deployment in an Azure Cloud environment;
• Thorough understanding of the SDLC, and knowledge of Agile methodologies;
• Knowledge of automation tools used to implement continuous integration and continuous delivery;
• Working knowledge of known DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory, Sonarqube, Openshift;
• Knowledge of scripting languages (like Groovy);
• Knowledge on mobile device technologies (React Native, xCode) and Operating systems (Android, iOS) would be advantageous;
• Fluency in English;
