AI Full Stack Engineer

(€60K – €130K)

About the Role

You will build and iterate on internal tools and products, integrating AI capabilities into our systems.The focus is on strong engineering with a clear

AI angle

working across the stack, connecting to AI APIs, and collaborating with business stakeholders to improve their workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain full stack applications (front end, back end, databases)
• Architect durable AI workflows that adapt as the LLM landscape evolves, not brittle prompt chains
• Build and maintain back-end services in Node.js or Python
• Integrate and orchestrate AI APIs into existing and new systems
• Work across multiple systems and data sources, making sense of fragmented data
• Collaborate with business teams (e.g. marketing, UA, operations) to:
• Understand their work and tools
• Identify where AI can improve their workflows
• Translate needs into technical solutions and iterate on them

Must-Haves

• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
• Experience building complex agentic systems
• Experience integrating and working with AI APIs
• Strong coding skills and solid engineering fundamentals
• Full stack capabilities: front end, back end, databases
• Good prompting skills and ability to use current AI tools effectively
• Production experience with Node.js or Python
• Curiosity, initiative, and strong learning mindset (especially around AI)

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with TypeScript
• Familiarity with agentic/system-thinking approaches for AI solutions
• Experience partnering closely with marketing, UA, or other business/ops teams
