Complete all aspects of the installation:
Follow up on any aspects outside of the normal scope of work with the proper departments to obtain customer satisfaction.
Complete status (service) reports, expense reports every week, and technical documentation as needed.
Maintain excellent customer relations and follow through on customer issues.
Maintain excellent coworker and manager relations.
Complete other required internal paperwork (Urgent Parts Requests, Parts Removal Requests, Purchase Requisitions, etc.)
Regular travel.
Provide feedback to the manager on any machine and customer issues that require further action.

Demonstrate a commitment to an Injury-Free Environment by complying with all aspects of the corporate environmental, health, and safety program.

Hydraulics
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience, in a related discipline.

Ability to use hand tools, Volt/Ohm meter, and Oscilloscope.
Working knowledge of computers and Windows OS.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Excellent relational skills (with customers, coworkers (senior and junior), and management).

Routine travel, with overnight and weekend stays as needed.

Ability to work harmoniously with others.
Ability to accept and follow instructions; able to follow the chain of command.
Ability to support a positive, “can-do” attitude.
Ability to work alone and without direct supervision.
Ability to take initiative, ownership, and be initiative-taking.
Thorough and pays attention to detail. Takes an approach of doing a task correctly, not just “good enough”.
Able to redirect quickly if needed.
