We are seeking an experienced B2Bi Integration Manager with strong expertise in Axway B2Bi, Axway Gateway Interchange, IBM ITX, API Management, and Linux. The role is mainly responsible for managing the 10+ member team in software development life cycle, to understand the requirements, analyze, research the solution, design, development, testing, implementation, support and maintenance of B2Bi Integrations for enterprise customers, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange between internal systems and external trading partners.
- Highly motivated team leader with good understanding of Logistics operations and experience in multiple integration platforms.
- Produce Daily and Weekly reports to IT Management about team member work assignments, status reports on B2Bi service requests.
- Assign the work task, assist with the schedule roaster setup, monitor the deliverables from the team, assist them in providing training, arrange cross training across the team members to meet company’s strategy and goals.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services using IBM ITX Design Studio, Command, Launcher services and Design Server.
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Possess good understanding of various file formats like (ANSI-X12 / EDIFACT / XML / CSV / JSON / SOAP+XML) and experience integrations development related to logistics industry and possess good understanding of Logistics and SCM operations to conduct and manage project development
- Good working experience on Implementing Axway CFT (Centralized File Transfer) for secure MFT via AS2, SFTP/FTPS, HTTP/S; setup routes/partners.
- Good working experience on Monitor/alert via Axway Sentinel: dashboards, lifecycle tracking, event correlation, SLA reporting, query execution.
- Participate in discussions with stakeholders to understand user requirements and conduct comprehensive requirements analysis.
- Design, integrate and implement business logic following secure coding principles to avoid security vulnerabilities.
- Assist in solution design, development, and configuration while carrying out static analysis tasks to evaluate design quality.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability by following organizational best practices.
- Assist with the development of test plans and test cases, identifying stakeholders for testing and analyzing execution results.
- Write clean, testable code and support script maintenance to accommodate changes in requirements or implementation.
- Obtain and consolidate regular feedback from users to support continuous improvement efforts, such as EDI/API integrations.
- Prepare technical documentation, including interface descriptions and functional/non-functional details.
- Document processes and test results surrounding software architecture, application design, and component integration.
- Support in training team members on the use of applications and new enhancement features.
- Generate reports for stakeholders and participate in internal or external compliance audits as required.
- Follows company’s IT standards, code of conduct, policies, development standards, support procedures and guidelines.

- Configure and support integrations on Linux environments, including log analysis
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Axway B2Bi (Flows, Mapping Services, partner configs), Axway CFT(Catalog/routes, secure transfers (SSH/PGP), clustering), Axway Sentinel(Web dashboard, worlds/dictionaries, reports/alerts/metrics, lifecycle views) & Axway API Management tools.
- Strong understanding of IBM ITX(map design, type trees, adapters) and Data formats (EDI X12/EDIFACT, XML/XSD, JSON, CSV/flat files).
- Linux administration, troubleshooting, and log analysis experience.
- Version control experience using Git.
- CI/CD exposure using Jenkins.
- Experience supporting B2Bi integrations and trading partner onboarding.
Preferred Skills
- IBM ITX (10+) & Linux
- Axway B2Bi, Axway Sentinel, Axway API Management, Axway CFT
- Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
- Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or transportation domain experience.
General Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of B2Bi working experience in Axway B2Bi, IBM ITX, API Management and team management.
- Proven experience in onboarding, implementation, support, and enhancement of B2Bi integrations.
- Experience working with business stakeholders, external partners, and cross-functional technology teams.
- Logistics, transportation, or supply chain domain experience preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
