Healthcare-Specific Data Tooling

Hands-on experience with specialized healthcare data extraction and normalization tools, specifically dcm2bq for DICOM metadata vectorization, PACS/VNA archive integration, and zero-hallucination automated medical coding pipelines (ICD-10, CPT, FHIR/HL7 standards).

GxP & Regulatory System Validation

Proven capability to design and implement GxP-compliant and 21 CFR Part 11-adherent architectures for automated regulatory document drafting and quality control (AROS).

Model Context Protocol (MCP) in Health Contexts

Deep familiarity with building custom MCP toolsets and secure agent orchestration layers over siloed clinical and biopharma data ecosystems.
