Salesforce Architect/Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and technical design of Salesforce Sales Cloud (primary focus) and Service Cloud solutions, coordinating across 2 onshore/offshore delivery scrum teams, product owners, and enterprise application architects.

Produce and present architecture diagrams, decision records, and technical roadmaps to executive audiences.

Mandatory Skills

Eight or more years of Salesforce experience, with at least four years as an architect or technical lead.

Deep, hands on expertise with Sales Cloud in a complex and highly customized enterprise environment.

Strong command of the Salesforce data model, sharing and security architecture, and large data volume considerations.

Advanced proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Flow, including governor limit management. Experience designing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and middleware such as MuleSoft.

Working knowledge of architecture frameworks and diagramming standards.

Experience with Git based source control and CI/CD tooling.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present recommendations to senior executives.

Preferred Certifications

Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.

Nice to Have

Experience in financial services or insurance.

Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud, Agentforce, and headless CRM.
