Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in TriZetto Facets, Medicaid managed care, and end-to-end cross-platform testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience validating Mainframe/Java applications, ETL processes, and complex healthcare payer systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end functional, integration, and regression testing of TriZetto Facets applications.
• Validate Medicaid managed-care workflows, including member enrollment, eligibility, benefits, claims processing, and adjudication.
• Test Mainframe/Java applications and cross-platform integrations.
• Validate ETL processes, data mapping, data migration, and data reconciliation.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating with development and business teams.
• Support release testing and ensure the quality and reliability of healthcare payer systems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software QA and testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with TriZetto Facets.
• Knowledge of healthcare payer systems and Medicaid managed care.
• Experience testing Mainframe/Java applications and ETL processes.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end, integration, and regression testing.
