  • Design and develop enterprise-level software systems.
  • Lead technical and development teams.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into application designs.
  • Design and develop data, business logic, and user interface layers.
  • Design and develop microfrontend and microservices-based solutions.
  • Optimize solutions for performance, security, quality, and maintainability.
  • Define software development standards and propose technical solutions.
  • Estimate development effort and delivery timelines.
  • Produce clear technical documentation.
  • Collect and interpret software development metrics.
  • Manage software configuration and releases.
  • Contribute to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, and deployment.
  • Develop automated tests, unit tests, testing tools, and prototypes.
  • Provide second and third-line technical support.
  • Minimum 6 years of IT-related professional experience, including at least 3 years of relevant project experience or experience as a Senior Full-Stack Developer, Lead Developer, or similar, with involvement in at least one complete solution lifecycle.
  • Level 6 education or higher and minimum B2 English proficiency; an ICT-related degree is not mandatory.
  • Strong experience developing enterprise-level software, including data, business logic and UI layers, microfrontends and/or microservices, UML, and object-oriented and functional design patterns.
  • Strong frontend development experience with Angular, RxJS, NgRx, TypeScript and CSS/SCSS, combined with backend development using Node.js, NestJS or alternative JavaScript frameworks, .NET and C#.
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases, including technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server, as well as knowledge of GraphQL.
  • Experience with automated and unit testing, CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, and container-based development environments such as OpenShift.
  • Experience working in Scrum environments, combined with the ability to lead technical teams, solve technical problems, and produce effective technical documentation.
  • At least one advanced-level certification in a software development technology domain
