Seeking for a Programmer Analyst to join our team as a senior developer for the HR and Financial Oracle E-Business Suite application. You will work in an Agile environment to address complex backlog items and support daily operations. This role requires translating requirements into database and application solutions. Ideal candidates can work independently and as part of a team, with strong adaptability and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing applications for Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2 or above, focusing on various modules such as Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Purchasing, iRecruitment, Human Resources, and Time and Labor.
• Gathering and analyzing business requirements to develop and modify program applications using Oracle standards and tools.
• Performing system administration, maintenance, and support for production systems.
• Designing, developing, testing, debugging, and implementing programs and systems.
• Developing and executing unit and system testing and supporting user acceptance testing.
• Defining input and output requirements and supporting the turnover of program changes into the production system.
• Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and technical documentation.

Must Have Skills and Experience

• Extensive technical experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2 or above in Linux server environments hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure - 8 Years
• Experience in coding and implementing Oracle eBusiness Suite software development solutions - 8 Years
• Proficiency with Oracle Developer Suite (Forms/Reports), Oracle JDeveloper (Java), Oracle Workflow Builder, and PL/SQL - 8 Years
• Experience in systems analysis and design - 8 Years
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, and Office applications - 8 Years
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities - 8 Years
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - 8 Years
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as a team - 8 Years
• Highly motivated and self-directed - 8 Years

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience working with Azure DevOps - 8 Years
• Experience with the Cardinal HR and/or Financial system - 8 Years
• Experience with Power BI paginated reports, desktop reports, and dashboards - 8 Years
