Role/ Service

• Develop new features and maintain existing components using Client technologies, including Power Platform, Azure services, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Office 365.
• Analyse, design, and implement system enhancements to meet evolving business requirements.
• Conduct technical investigations and root-cause analysis on issues, providing recommendations and implementing corrective actions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, solution designs, knowledge base articles, and testing plans/results.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing innovative approaches to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and capacity.
• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal clients and external partners.

Required qualifications & Skills

• Experience with programming languages and frameworks.
• Experience in web development within a Client or equivalent technology environment.
• Experience developing and maintaining applications using modern web technologies and frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with business analysts and UX designers to translate business requirements and designs into interactive solutions.
• Experience developing solutions using Client Azure, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform.
• Familiarity with the Azure cloud platform and its integration services.
• Experience with source control systems, including advanced branching and merging strategies.
• Hands-on experience with code testing, deployment, and release processes.
• Experience developing and using AI-based tools, including test automation solutions.
• Experience writing scripts using various scripting languages.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated Agile methodology experience or designation.
• Demonstrated DevOps implementation experience.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve technical issues and challenges with a scrum team.
• Demonstrated experience with application security, including certificate management.
