• User and User Group Creation in Empower application
• Create Project, modification Archival & Restore process and Ability to create Control protocols and Sample set
• Troubleshooting knowledge of instrument Network Connectivity Issues
• Should have the ability to leverage Client delivery tools and report the status/progress of the project
• Should have hands on experience on Custom field development
• Knowledge in Nugenesis is added advantage
• Processing knowledge in Empower application
