Role Descriptions

Proactively develop and maintain technical expertise in ServiceNow ITOM| CMDB| Discovery| Service Mapping| and Service Graph Connector technologies| staying current with industry trends and platform capabilities.Design| develop| and maintain ServiceNow solutions including workflows| Flow Designer processes| business rules| UI actions| integrations| audits| and catalog items to support evolving business requirements.Build| configure| govern| and continuously improve the CMDB to ensure data accuracy| completeness| and compliance with CSDM standards.Lead CMDB data integration initiatives utilizing Service Graph Connectors| Integration Hub| Discovery| Service Mapping| and other automated data ingestion methods.Design and maintain Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules| data source priorities| and reconciliation strategies to support trusted configuration data management.Own the configuration of Discovery schedules| MID Servers| probes| sensors| patterns| classifiers| identification rules| and service mapping components to accurately populate Configuration Items (CIs) and relationships.Implement and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems including cloud platforms| asset management tools| monitoring solutions| identity systems| and third-party data providers.Collaborate closely with Compute| Server| Cloud| Network| Security| and Application teams to ensure successful Discovery| Service Mapping| and Service Graph Connector deployments.Troubleshoot Discovery| Service Mapping| and integration issues related to credentials| patterns| classifications| firewall settings| network connectivity| MID Servers| and data normalization.Monitor and optimize Discovery| Service Mapping| Service Graph Connectors| CMDB health dashboards| and platform performance to achieve operational excellence.Develop and enforce CMDB governance processes| data quality metrics| and remediation strategies to improve CMDB maturity.Conduct assessments with Configuration Management| IT Operations| and Service teams while partnering with ServiceNow and third-party vendors to evaluate and implement best practices and new capabilities.
