Role Description

• Design and develop Pega BPM applications, especially Pega PRPC.
• Design KYC Onboarding applications using the Pega CLM KYC Framework.
• Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification preferred, or Senior System Architect (SSA) certification.
• Provide IT solutions using Java, PL/SQL, DB2, Oracle Database, Unix, and Web Technologies.
• Hands-on experience with JSP, JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, jQuery, CI/CD, and Automation.
• Develop integration solutions using SOAP, REST, and MQ.
• Lead the full project lifecycle including analysis, design, development, implementation, and enhancements.
• Define and maintain coding standards to improve code quality.
• Perform unit testing based on test plans and test cases.

Must-Have Skills

• Expert-level experience in Pega rule types and Pega Unit Testing Framework.
• Hands-on experience with the latest Pega versions.
• Experience with Integrations, Queue Processors, and Job Schedulers.
• Strong knowledge of Performance Tuning, Debugging, and Optimization.
• Database and Reporting expertise.
• Knowledge of Security and Access Control.
• CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification.
• Design, implement, and enhance automation using Jenkins, Python, and JavaScript.
• Experience with GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Maven, and Chef.
• Create and maintain end-to-end CI/CD delivery pipelines.
• Manage infrastructure for CI/CD pipelines across environments.
• Experience with automated deployment processes.
• Hands-on experience with Configuration Management (Chef).
• Scripting experience in Python and PowerShell.
• Good knowledge of Java applications and Web Servers.

Good-to-Have Skills

• KYC Framework experience.
• Live Application Support experience.
• BFS (Banking & Financial Services) domain knowledge.
