Job Description

Seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Domain Expert with strong hands-on experience managing CMDB, CI integrations and data quality. Must have experience configuring integrations with Service Graph Connector, Tanium, JAMF and SolarWinds. Strong knowledge of ITOM, ITSM and Technology Asset Management (TAM) is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow CMDB and Configuration Items (CIs).
  • Manage integrations with Tanium, JAMF, SolarWinds and Service Graph Connectors.
  • Improve CMDB data quality, accuracy and completeness.
  • Configure CI identification, reconciliation and duplicate prevention.
  • Support ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM and Technology Asset Management processes.
