Skills Required

• Hands-on experience with Managed File Transfer systems.
• MessageWay / Seeburger experience would be an added advantage.
• Extensive knowledge of secure file transfer protocols, data integration, automation, and troubleshooting MessageWay / Seeburger MFT processes.
• Experience working with MessageWay / Seeburger MFT or similar managed file transfer solutions.

Strong understanding of secure file transfer protocols

• SFTP
• FTPS
• HTTPS
• Experience in automating file transfer workflows and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of enterprise integrations and data exchange solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong familiarity with MessageWay / Seeburger configuration and file transfer management.

Experience with

• Linux/Unix environments
• Windows Server environments

Knowledge of scripting languages for automation

• Shell
• Python
• PowerShell

Configured and maintained

• SSH keys for secure partner connections
• PGP keys for encryption/decryption of sensitive files

Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain MessageWay / Seeburger MFT software for secure file transfers.

Configure and manage

• Transfer flows
• Queues
• Channels

for seamless data exchange.

Implement and enforce secure file transfer protocols, including

• SFTP
• FTP
• FTPS
• Automate file transfer workflows using MessageWay / Seeburger MFT automation tools.

Monitor and resolve file transfer issues by reviewing

• Logs
• Triggers
• Alerts
• Ensure high availability and reliability of file transfer systems.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for troubleshooting and resolving file transfer issues.

Collaborate with internal teams

• IT
• DevOps
• Other technical teams

to ensure smooth file transfer operations.

• Perform root cause analysis on file transfer failures and implement corrective actions.

Create and maintain detailed documentation for

• Configurations
• Workflows
• Troubleshooting procedures
• Perform Windows OS server patching, coordinate maintenance activities, and validate application functionality after OS patching.
