Role Description

  • 3+ years of ServiceNow SPM Development
  • Design, Develop, Deliver and Application Maintenance Support for SPM Modules along with other ServiceNow Product
  • Experience in ServiceNow Back-End and Integrations (Integration HUB, SOAP, REST, Data Sources, Import Set, Transform maps)
  • Strong working in an Agile/DevOps environment in Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, automated testing, Agile metrics
  • Strong skills in User Interface design, Analytical, Problem solving and Quantitative skills
  • Experience in cross functional & cross geography team i.e. Onshore, Nearshore and Offshore
  • Create solution collaterals, collaborate with delivery to create case lets.
