Job Description

Complete SW product development, based on customer requirements, according to defined processes and guidelines.

Fulfill the time and quality requirement for projects.

Continuously improve in own working area for the working efficency and quality.

SW developer

• Perform SW component requirements engineering based on the customer spec and platform requirement.
• Conduct software detailed design according to the requirement engineering result.
• Implement software component using the tool chain and following the company code rule. Debug the software to guarantee the integration.
• Design SW unit test and requirement test case. Setup the relevant test environment and conduct the test case accordingly.
• Perform review with review partner for SW requirement, detail design, coding, and test case definition.
• Response or support component relevant issue analysis and problem solving in the project.
• All the project development activity should base on company process and use company tool chain.

• Conduct lessons learned acitivity with the team.

Quality& improvement

• Demostrate as model for process following and provide explaination of process to others.
• Coordinate lessons learned activities and define / implement improvement measures

• Contribute ideas for technical, processes improvement, and take effort to make it comes true
