Automation & Orchestration Lead

Job Description

Essential Job Functions

• Define the enterprise automation and orchestration strategy, roadmap, standards, and governance.
• Design and deliver reusable workflows, runbooks, playbooks, and automation modules.
• Lead automation engineering using Ansible and CI/CD orchestration using Jenkins.
• Drive RPA initiatives for repeatable business and IT operational processes.
• Design and manage workflows using OpenText / Micro Focus Operations Orchestration.
• Integrate automation with ServiceNow, monitoring platforms, enterprise APIs, and cloud services.
• Implement secure access, credential management, testing, release, audit, and change controls.
• Lead automation engineers, conduct architecture reviews, resolve escalations, and maintain technical documentation.

Basic Qualifications

12+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years in automation, orchestration, DevOps, or platform engineering leadership.

Ansible / Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform

• Jenkins
• RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Automate
• OpenText / Micro Focus Operations Orchestration
• Python, PowerShell, Shell scripting, REST APIs, Git, and Terraform
• ServiceNow integration and Azure / AWS automation exposure
