Senior Software Engineer (Frontend)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Software Engineer with a focus on frontend development to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

• Architect and implement complex frontend solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries
• Lead frontend architecture discussions and make key technical decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Implement and maintain coding standards and best practices for the frontend team
• Optimise application performance for maximum speed and scalability
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development
• Conduct regular performance audits and implement improvements to enhance user experience
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of professional experience in frontend development
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TailwindCSS
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git
• Experience with frontend build tools and package managers
• Strong knowledge of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility
• Expertise in web performance optimization techniques
• Proficiency in unit testing and debugging
• Experience working on large-scale web applications
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
