How You Will Make An Impact

• Design, develop, enhance, and support software solutions used within a capital markets environment.
• Serve as a hands-on senior developer with a primary emphasis on C#/.NET development.
• Participate in technical design decisions involving application architecture, development environments, and implementation approaches.
• Build and maintain solutions involving data and message transfer, processing, and application integration.
• Partner directly with business users and analysts to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions.
• Share designs, technical approaches, and solutions with the broader development team while contributing to long-term technology direction.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues independently and deliver solutions for business-critical systems.

Do you bring proven success in senior C#/.NET software engineering?

• 10+ years of relevant software engineering/development experience aligned with a senior-level environment.
• Strong hands-on programming expertise with C# and .NET; C++ experience is also relevant.
• Solid computer science fundamentals and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience designing or implementing systems that transfer, process, or exchange data and messages between applications.
• Ability to contribute to software design and architecture while remaining actively involved in coding and implementation.
• Experience supporting sophisticated, business-critical applications.
• Fixed Income or broader Capital Markets experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Independent, mature approach to troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.
• Bachelor's-level preparation in Computer Science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
