**Scope of the role

**

• Designing and **building a mobile application for a TMS** class system (Transportation Management System) - a solution built from scratch using Kotlin, Kotlin Multiplatform and Jetpack Compose
• **Co-creating a new mobile team** set up specifically for this project - real influence on the application architecture, working standards and technical decisions from day one
• Integrating the application with API interfaces and logistics systems, and **using LLMs and agentic solutions** to support the software development process (SDLC)

**What you need to join us

**

**Must have

**

• 5+ years of commercial exp. with **Android** development along with **Kotlin Multiplatform** (KMP)
• Expert knowledge of the **Android SDK** , different versions of Android and device configurations
• Experience with **Jetpack** libraries, Android Architecture components and the **MVVM** and Clean Architecture patterns
• Hands-on experience working with **LLMs and agentic development,** including workflows that support the SDLC process
• English B2+, Polish C1+ or native
• _Eligibility to work in Poland (citizenship, residence card, visa, etc.)_

**Nice to have

**

• Jetpack Compose and Coroutines
• Google's Android UI design principles, patterns, best practices and interface guidelines
• Pptimizing mobile apps in Java and Kotlin
• Firebase configuration
• Experience working with API interfaces to integrate data and functionality in mobile applications
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies
