At BHSI, we believe in empowering our customers to navigate a world full of uncertainty. Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance plays a vital role in helping individuals and businesses manage risk by transferring potential financial losses to insurers.
As a Technology Intern, you’ll work alongside the teams building BHSI’s next-generation technology platforms, including AI-powered solutions, policy and underwriting systems, finance applications, and API-driven services. These cloud-based platforms are transforming how we serve our brokers, customers, and business partners.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with modern technologies, learn how software is designed, built, tested, and deployed, and see firsthand how technology supports the insurance lifecycle from quote to policy. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore how artificial intelligence can enhance software development and drive innovation across the business.
BHSI is building a forever business, and we want you to consider being a part of it!
We invite you to learn more about our unique culture and history.
