Your contribution to something big

As Senior Product Owner & Team Leader, you will shape the development of a digital web application within the Bosch Data Analytics environment. You will combine strategic product ownership with team leadership, working closely with business stakeholders, technology experts, UX specialists, and an international team.

Product Ownership

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog and define the product roadmap in alignment with business strategy and stakeholder needs.
  • Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable product priorities.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, from requirements and UX/UI design through testing, releases, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate release management and ensure effective communication with users and stakeholders.
  • Manage product capacity, budget, and service-level agreements.

Chapter Lead / Co-Lead

  • Lead and support an international, distributed team within the Tribe Data Analytics.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
  • Support onboarding, professional development, and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the design and conception of data analytics and digital platform solutions.

What distinguishes you

Education

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field. Equivalent professional experience is also welcome.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years as a Product Owner in an agile/Scrum environment.
  • Experience leading or coordinating teams in an international environment.
  • Experience with digital products, data analytics, or technology platforms is an advantage.

Know-how

  • Strong understanding of web applications, APIs, Azure, and GitHub.
  • Experience with Jira and familiarity with UX/UI and Figma.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and data architecture.
  • Experience with Power Automate and Power BI is a plus.
  • Knowledge of LLM and MCP integration concepts is a strong plus.

Languages

Proficiency in English required.
