Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient cloud-native .NET applications.
• Define technical architecture, engineering standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 developers.
• Conduct code reviews and guide technical development.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop critical system components and establish reusable frameworks.
• Drive technical roadmaps and CI/CD implementation.

Required Technical Skills

• .NET: .NET 8+, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core
• Programming: C#, TypeScript
• Azure: App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, AKS
• Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB
• Architecture: Microservices, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS
• DevOps: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines
• Leadership: Agile team leadership, mentoring, code reviews, and architectural decision-making

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of software architecture experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing Agile development teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
