The ideal candidate will have 12yrs experience with .NET Core and React development, PostgreSQL database development, AWS Cloud, Python, and ETL pipeline development with a passion for writing clean, efficient, and scalable code.

Required Skills

• PostgreSQL database development and proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, Cloud platforms (AWS S3) and containerizaiton technologies (Docker), AWS Lambda, ETL pipeline development, .NET CORE and REACT JS development , proficiency in C#, .NET10, ASP.NET Core, Entity framework Core, Typescript/JavaScript, PrimeReact, Git and GitLab, AI tools for optimization

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate wireframes and Designs into functional websites/web applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and related technologies.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency across the team.
• Address defects/bugs, either from internal testing validations or production validations, in coordination with product managers and cross-functional teams
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in software development and suggest new tools and techniques to improve our development process.
• Help foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in software development, with a focus on .NET Core and React development.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET 10, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, TypeScript/JavaScript, and other related technologies.
• ETL Pipeline development experience
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, software architecture concepts, asynchronous programming, and state management libraries
• Experience with API integration (Axios/Fetch)
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and PrimeReact.
• Experience with front-end development using JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and S3, Secrets Manager, AWS Lambda is a plus.
• Experience building automated unit test scripts using NUnit/XUnit for .NET and Jest for React
• Experience in writing Python scripts for automation of data processing
• Experience working with Git and GitLab version control in a collaborative team environment, creating merge requests, and performing code reviews.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
