Overview

Are you passionate about cloud technologies, experienced in Linux, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform? We're looking for a talented Cloud Engineer to join our collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Cloud Engineer, you will

• Ensure reliability and security of our cloud infrastructure with Linux (Ubuntu) expertise.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters for containerized applications, focusing on high availability and scalability.
• Utilize Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for building, deploying, and managing cloud-based apps and infrastructure.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Terraform and Ansible.
• Implement monitoring solutions with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Promote a DevOps culture of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
• Resolve technical issues swiftly, minimizing downtime for optimal performance.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 2 years as a Cloud Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Linux (Ubuntu).
• Solid Kubernetes experience, including cluster management.
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) knowledge (GCE, GKE, GCS).
• Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation.
• Monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Managerial and Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Quick and effective decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple incidents simultaneously.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Experience in creating and maintaining operation manuals and documentation.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
