Lead Security - Brothers Bar & Grill, Nashville, TN

Brothers Bar & Grill, Nashville, TN has immediate openings for a Security Lead! Ensure the safety and security to guests, team members, and Company assets. Perform Responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures. Greet guests, check ID's, maintain a safe, positive and professional interaction with all guests, coworkers and management team members. Supervise Security Team. Pay based on Leadership experience.

• At least 21 years old
• At least 2 years experience
• Manage the team roster and ensure all licensing requirements are followed.
• Train new team members
• Available up to 30 hours per work week
• Flexible- Nights and Weekends required
• Able to work in fast-paced environment with confidence and poise
• Excellent communication skills, team player and solid work ethic
• Positive Attitude
• Must be a people person capable of providing outstanding guest service
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be Dallas Law Certified
• Must be certified or be able to get the proper security guard license and training for the state of Tennessee.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
