We are looking for several passionate Software Developers to join our team. In this role you'll build critical software that powers the collection, transformation, and delivery of the real-time data that drives our platform. How you'll make an impact

• Build scalable, high-performance software grounded in solid engineering practices.
• Lead and contribute to discussions on implementation, testing, and software architecture.
• Partner with operations and platform teams to keep production systems running in top condition.
• Research emerging technologies and apply them to strengthen our core systems.
• Drive projects end to end and take the lead on new initiatives.
• Work closely with fellow developers to untangle difficult design and coding problems.
• Handle complex real-time data feeds while safeguarding their accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Translate technical challenges, trade-offs, and options into clear terms for internal stakeholders, helping them make well-informed decisions.

Requirements

What you bring to the team

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 2 to 10 years of experience building software systems.
• A solid grasp of software engineering principles and best practices.
• Strong, hands-on knowledge of Python or C++ (experience with both is an asset).
• Genuine enthusiasm for fintech and an interest in how world events shape the systems and data we work with.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on data quality and correctness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bonus points for experience with any of the following: Redis, RabbitMQ, GraphQL, Kafka, MongoDB, ELK, Docker, TCP, HTTP, Regex.
• Experience with relational databases is an asset.
