Job Summary

The Technical Program Manager will focus on responsibilities as a Product Owner and be the

key driver in shaping and executing our technical roadmap. This role is responsible for

collaborating with engineering teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership to define,

prioritize, and deliver high-impact technical initiatives. You will ensure that multiple scrum teams

are aligned with the business vision, using Agile methodologies to drive timely, quality releases.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, go-getter leader with a track record of strong accountability

and technical ownership.

Product Ownership & Vision

Act as the Product Owner for critical technical programs, owning the product

vision and roadmap.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define priorities,

and articulate clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

o Maintain and refine the product backlog to ensure alignment with business

objectives and technical strategy.
