Job Role

• Leading the MIS reporting activity for RBG vertical
• Partnering with BIU and IT for building dashboards in PowerBI
• Responsible for preparation of annual budgets and senior management reviews
• Responsible for any delivering any ad hoc data submission to business / process & policy team within committed timelines
• Having oversight over preparation of incentive and scorecard for the business
• Driving adoption of reports consumption from Power BI for end users

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or a related field
• 6-8+ years of experience in MIS, reporting, analytics, or data management within banking or financial services
• Strong understanding of banking products, regulatory reporting, and management reporting frameworks

Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in report automation, data visualization, and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar)
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data handling across multiple source systems
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and deliver under tight timelines
• High level of ownership, process orientation, and continuous‑improvement mindset
