Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 Strategy & Advisory

• Provide technical input into Digital Workplace strategy, industry trends and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to increase Microsoft 365 adoption, utilisation and business value.
• Proactively identify opportunities from new and emerging Microsoft capabilities, including Microsoft Copilot.

Microsoft 365 Technical Management

• Provide expert technical advice across Microsoft 365 applications and services.
