Key Responsibilities

• Develop BI strategy & roadmap
• Oversee data governance, architecture & compliance
• Build dashboards, models, and analytics tools
• Translate complex data into actionable insights
• Define KPIs and performance metrics
• Lead BI teams (analysts, data scientists)

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years in BI / analytics leadership
• Strong in data governance, big data, visualization
• Background in telecom/digital preferred
• Fluent French + intermediate English
