AI Product Owner

The AI Product Owner will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI‑driven products within the Global Analytics Recharge team of Chubb European Group SE UK Branch. You will translate business needs into generative AI solutions using Claude, ChatGPT and related technologies, collaborate with data scientists, engineers and underwriting experts, and ensure regulatory compliance across the insurance portfolio. Travel is required to support regional stakeholders and to gather market insights.

• 5+ years of product ownership experience, preferably in AI/ML or generative AI.
• Hands‑on experience with Claude, ChatGPT or similar large language models.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the insurance industry, including underwriting and claims processes.
• Strong understanding of agile product development and backlog management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering AI‑enabled products that meet compliance standards.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive data‑informed decisions.
• Leadership qualities with a collaborative, customer‑centric approach.
