We are a globally recognized IT consultancy supporting large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives across cloud, infrastructure, security, and platform engineering. Our teams operate as embedded partners within enterprise IT organizations, delivering high-impact outcomes across complex, multi-domain environments.

This opportunity supports a Fortune 50 enterprise technology organization undergoing a significant transformation to establish ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) as a centralized control platform for cyber, resilience, and service assurance.

This initiative is currently in a greenfield / refactor phase, with parallel efforts focused on:

• Aligning global and regional policies
• Defining cyber resilience standards (BCP tiers, immutability, recovery strategies)
• Structuring risk, policy, and control data models within ServiceNow
• Preparing for go-live, hypercare, and iterative capability expansion

This role is critical in ensuring the platform is designed correctly from the outset, aligned to enterprise needs and scalable for long-term adoption.

Role Overview

The Senior ServiceNow IRM / GRC Consultant will serve as a platform and functional lead, responsible for translating evolving business, policy, and cyber resilience requirements into a structured, scalable ServiceNow IRM implementation.

This role sits at the intersection of platform architecture (ServiceNow IRM), risk and control frameworks, and cyber resilience requirements. The focus is on establishing a strong foundation, ensuring alignment across stakeholders before scaling execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and alignment of ServiceNow IRM (GRC) modules, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, and control frameworks
• Translate enterprise policies, resilience requirements, and cyber controls into structured IRM data models and workflows
• Define system boundaries, including what resides within ServiceNow IRM versus external systems
• Guide greenfield / out-of-the-box (OOTB) implementation strategy with a focus on scalability and maintainability
• Partner with stakeholders to map current-state processes to future-state workflows and identify gaps and dependencies
• Support go-live readiness and hypercare through validation of workflows, data structures, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with integration teams to enable ingestion of data from security, cloud, and infrastructure platforms
• Contribute to documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, with a strong focus on IRM / GRC modules (or legacy GRC modules)
• Proven experience supporting ServiceNow IRM or GRC implementations, ideally in greenfield or transformation environments
• Strong understanding of risk, policy, and control frameworks and how they translate into system workflows
• Experience working within large enterprise environments with cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with parallel workstreams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to cybersecurity and resilience domains, including BC/DR, immutability, and recovery strategies
• Familiarity with control frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, COBIT, or ITIL
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with security, cloud, or infrastructure platforms
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery environments and familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO)
• General understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise infrastructure
