Senior Member of Technical Staff

About the Role

Join an early-stage AI infrastructure team building agent orchestration and agent development systems for autonomous applications. You will help shape the core platform through hands-on engineering, architecture decisions, and technical mentorship.

What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable infrastructure for agent orchestration and execution.
• Develop frameworks and tools that help teams create, test, and deploy autonomous agents.
• Partner with product and research teams to turn requirements into reliable technical solutions.
• Mentor engineers and establish sound engineering practices across the codebase.
• Contribute to technical strategy and long-term platform direction.

What We're Looking For

• At least 8 years of professional software engineering or related technical experience.
• Hands-on experience building or working with agentic infrastructure, agent frameworks, agent systems, or related distributed systems.
• Experience building production systems in a startup environment, such as as a founder, CTO, founding engineer, or early engineering hire.
• A broad, generalist technical background across multiple domains, with strong systems design skills and an ability to build for scale and reliability.
• Proficiency with modern programming languages and cloud infrastructure, plus experience building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platforms.
• Comfort working across the stack, from low-level infrastructure to high-level abstractions.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary

$150,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

On-site in San Francisco, United States.
